It is firm. I mean very firm. For me that is a good thing, for firm was exactly what I was looking for. I have however had this mattress approx 6 months now and it is already starting to sink in the middle! Unlike conventional mattresses, you can't flip it over, so it looks like the dip is here to stay. Structube also does not have a good return policy for mattresses ( I think it was 7 or 10 days) and you have to pay to ship it back to Montreal. Odd as their competitors ( and there are a TON of them) mostly ...

We were hesitant to purchase a bed in a box, let alone online, for our daughter for university. However, we were happy that she was able to test the mattress in store prior to ordering. The mattress was shipped on time, and the mattress being in a box made it much easier to transport to her student housing, and get down the narrow staircase. We bought this mattress 6 months ago and it has been great in our daughter’s bed. As soon as you lie down on it your body feels relaxation ( try it in the store!!!). Not sure is it the foam or the structure itself, but it just feels extremely comfortable!

Very good delivery service. Inflated really well, very comfortable, not too soft or hard. Rebounds from when on it, and you do not sink deeply in. I would describe it as a Goldilocks mattress. Bought deepest one to cover all shapes and sizes.

4 months ago I bought this "box" mattress along with the JUDY bed. It's really great (the bed too!). I will never buy a spring mattress ever again!!
Tip: I did a bit a research on these mattresses and if you are a heavy weight person it is suggested you buy the 12" one. I bought this bed for my tall but thin 18 year old and I got the 10" inch one and it's great and I think it would be good if he were heavier too.

It's my first time sleeping on a memory foam mattress and I'm very happy with it after two weeks of usage. I left the mattress to inflate overnight and it was perfect for use the following day. There's been no weird "new smell" to wait out and the firmess felt just right after getting used to the feel for the first night.
